Speech Pathologist

Overview This role is for an experienced Speech Pathologist who is based anywhere in Australia and is seeking a telehealth-only position on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 3 days/week).
Responsibilities Assess participants' communication and swallowing/feeding skills Provide therapy for a range of ages and clinical areas Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Key Workers and Allied Health Assistants Benefits Professional development opportunities (in-house) with 3 weekly PD sessions, access to an online learning hub, guest speakers and leadership programs1:1 supervision for 1 hour weekly with a dedicated supervisor Career progression opportunities into supervisory and leadership roles Salary above award rate Flexible full-time or part-time hours Vibrant team culture Diverse clinical caseloads across age groups and clinical areas Other employee benefits within the Med Health group, including private health insurance and travel discounts, EAP, Fitness Passport, salary packaging and more About you Ideally at least 1 year of post-graduate experience in Speech Pathology Telehealth experience is advantageous but not essential Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Genuine passion for working in the disability sector Comfortable working from home, full-time or part-time, and based anywhere in Australia Qualifications Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia Additional Information We support diversity and inclusion.
