The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Venue, including opening and closing procedures, back of house administration, recruiting and rostering team members, and ensuring seamless customer service.

- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars, and gaming.

- Current industry RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager qualifications.
