Overview

Foreign Currency Sales Consultant (Part Time) - Travel Money Oz - Bendigo, VIC

This is a part-time role for 27.5 hours weekly, requiring availability to work Thursday–Sunday.

Travel Money Oz is part of Australia's largest travel retailer. We provide foreign currency solutions to help customers get more out of their holidays. If you're considering working with us, travel should be one of your biggest interests, too.

Salary: FTE remuneration package of $57,000 + super + incentives paid based on sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Sell foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and use tips, tricks, and recommendations to enhance customers' trips.
  • Support customers in choosing the best solutions for their travel needs.
  • Contribute to a sales-focused environment and work toward achieving KPIs to earn incentives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Customer service – strong listening skills and conversational ability to create an excellent in-store experience.
  • Mathematical ability – comfortable with numbers and accurate calculations.
  • Sales drive – motivated by targets and incentives.
  • Problem solving – ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Time management and organisation – effective time management to achieve results.
  • Attention to detail – precision in handling transactions and information.
