Special Needs Practitioner

We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated Therapeutics Team.
About the Role- Provide direct and consultative services to adults and children with disabilities, along with their families and supporters.
- Conduct dynamic assessments and prescribe equipment using diverse tools and approaches.
- Design individualised, flexible therapy plans focused on personal goals and clear outcomes.
- Assist individuals and families in identifying priorities and achieving their goals through informed decisions.
- A qualified Speech Pathologist (Bachelor or Master's in Speech Pathology) with current registration.
- Demonstrated experience in working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for making a difference.
Our organisation is dedicated to helping people with disabilities live the life they envision. We operate across Eastern Australia and support over 5,000 individuals.
