Electrical Operations Leader

We are seeking an Electrical Operations Leader with expertise in managing electrical infrastructure projects to drive operational efficiency and strategic insight.

This role focuses on delivering high-performing projects, ensuring workforce and subcontractor productivity across multiple sites, and monitoring progress using industry-standard tools.

About the Role
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of electrical infrastructure projects
  • Manage workforce and subcontractor performance for optimal results
  • Use Microsoft Projects, Maximo, and CIMS to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • E nsure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project execution
  • B uild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • M ake informed decisions that contribute to financial performance and cost-effectiveness
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and proficiency in industry-standard tools. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including mechanical and facilities infrastructure
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Projects, Maximo, and CIMS
  • A practical understanding of building compliance and O&M best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
