Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Manager to lead our manufacturing and assembly operations. This full-time, permanent opportunity is based in Perth with travel requirements.

This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a leading sustainable distributed energy provider, driving the transition to a clean energy future.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-disciplined electrical manufacturing environments and tertiary qualifications in project management or business management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tactical execution of day-to-day operations across multiple sites.
  • Financial management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • KPI monitoring and improvement.
  • Strategic initiatives for productivity, quality, and team performance.
  • Workflow optimisation and resource allocation.
  • Championing innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration for operational goals alignment.
  • Compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
  • Contract management and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • Highly experienced in electrical manufacturing environments.
  • Tertiary qualification in project management or business management.
  • Desirable experience in power system production and infrastructure.
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively.
  • Commercial contract management skills.
