About the Role

Gallagher is a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services. We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to support our Compliance Manager in delivering our Compliance Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Compliance Manager in identifying and ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the business in ensuring all employees and intermediaries comply with compliance obligations, policies, and processes.
  • Monitor the regulatory landscape, assess trends, and interpret how they will affect the business.
  • Manage the Australian Sanctions Program, including assessing queries, running sanctions checks, and liaising with the Global Team.
  • Develop and update the Compliance Annual Training program for all staff, including developing the annual calendar and forwarding it to the GGB-AU Risk Committee for approval.
  • Manage and update Compliance Policies and procedures, including implementation due to annual review or statutory/regulatory change.
  • Promote appropriate compliance behavior and culture by effectively communicating and disseminating compliance strategy, policies, and processes.
  • Develop quarterly reports for the wider business and provide technical compliance review of new products/schemes and binders.
  • Support key projects with compliance advice and attend Industry forums as appropriate.
