The Role: Store Manager

We're seeking an accomplished Store Manager to lead our Highpoint Super store team. This is an excellent opportunity to drive sales growth, optimize store operations, and cultivate a culture of excellence within the team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
- Foster a high-performing team by motivating them to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores
- Monitor store sales closely to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets; recognize outstanding performance and identify areas for improvement
- Efficiently manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards
- Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and support individual development through training and succession plans
- Ensure efficient OH&S management and comply with state and national OH&S legislation

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager
- Strong motivation and drive with a 'make it happen' attitude
- Ability to inspire and lead a team to success
- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs and targets
- Experience with stock control and visual merchandising
