Senior Legal Counsel Position

We are seeking a proactive and motivated property lawyer to support a dynamic and growing legal team.

  • Overview of the role:
    • Provide legal advice and support across a broad range of property, construction and commercial matters.
    • Draft, review and negotiate various contracts and agreements to support business operations.
    • Conduct due diligence and identify legal risks on transactions, providing clear and practical recommendations.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and achieve strong commercial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be admitted as a lawyer in Australia and have practising experience of 4+ years in private practice or in-house.
  • Strong knowledge of property and commercial law with well-developed drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated, with clear communication skills.
