Reliability Maintenance and Engineering Team Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Maintenance and Engineering Team Leader to lead our site operations in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading, supporting and mentoring a team of maintenance staff, ensuring site operations are maintained in a safe, standard and efficient manner.
  • Working with the team and network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
  • Implementing safety and statutory compliance programs.
  • Ensuring high equipment availability by implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Managing local or Australia-wide projects as assigned by senior management.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience delivering leadership to a team of +10 direct reports, with an emphasis on growth and development and team member engagement.
  • Formal trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of working with statutory regulations and machine safety protocols.
  • Experience of using data analysis tools and PLC-based control systems.
  • Experience with project management processes.
  • Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
