Experienced Window Cleaning Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a position requiring the cleaning of commercial windows. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients' windows are cleaned to the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Utilize elevated work platforms (EWP) and high wash systems (water-fed poles) for commercial window cleaning.
• Conduct pressure cleaning and facade maintenance as required.
• Access buildings via rope access and BMU access where necessary.
• Ensure a safe working environment and manage client bookings effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service skills with clients and other team members.
• Prepare daily paperwork and receive payments from customers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
• Essential experience in commercial window cleaning is required.
• Previous experience with high raise window cleaning is preferred.
• An abseiling license would be considered an advantage.
• A current open driver's license is required.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential.
• Good communication skills are also required.
**What We Offer**
• A competitive hourly rate based on experience.
• 20% commission for up-sales.
• 10% commission for closed business deals.
