About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practice Liaison Officer to join our team at the RACGP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of our general practice training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocacy and Support: Provide advocacy and support to GP registrars participating in our training programs, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to succeed.
  • Medical Education: Develop and maintain high-quality educational content, including module curation, updates, and additions, to support the learning needs of our registrars.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with management to identify and implement quality improvements relevant to the practice environment, ensuring our programs meet the highest standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with regional and local teams, practice managers, and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across our organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development.
  • Skills: Strong communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: A good working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program and a passion for assisting registrars and GP training.
