Regional Family Violence Program Coordinator

A new management role has been created to address the significant growth in our region.
This position is responsible for overseeing the Orange Door and EYOP, as well as leading teams through complex sector reform. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality innovative practice across multiple sites and providing operational management, strategic planning, and shared learnings.
- Experience leading teams in a previous management position
- Managing The Orange Door, 2 teams of about 11 staff and EYOP, which is about 4-5 staff
- Understanding complex management structures including matrix structures at TOD
- Experience working with vulnerable families (in any context)
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of family systems and theory relating to trauma, abuse, and neglect. They will also be able to manage program budgets and provide updates on targets and reporting.
This role focuses on building our presence in the Goulburn area, finding solutions to regional challenges, and working in partnership with local community organisations and government bodies. It is a growth portfolio that will expand as our services expand in the Goulburn area.
