Leader in Customer Readiness

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our customer readiness efforts. As the Senior Customer Readiness Manager, you will be responsible for driving successful product implementations and mitigating critical customer risks.
Your team will work closely with multiple global divisions, advocating for customer needs and objectives within the wider organization.
Main Responsibilities- Engage cross-functional teams to deliver awareness of product initiatives and their customer impact
- Advocate for customer outcomes and ensure adoption of high-priority business change requirements
- Raise risks through relevant decision-making forums, escalating high-impact decisions as needed
- Ensure successful implementation of product and business changes into the customer organization
- Commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS business models
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Highly agile, responsive, and comfortable pivoting to changing demands at pace
- Strong people and performance leadership, driven by tangible business outcomes and results
Candidates with project management experience, proven leadership of delivery teams, and strong stakeholder management experience are encouraged to apply.
