This senior leadership position oversees the day-to-day operations of a prominent holiday park, driving revenue growth and business performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality management, with expertise in team development, analytical problem-solving, and cost control.
- Lead a high-performing team across administration, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, customer service, and other key areas.
- Create and maintain a positive workplace culture focused on team performance and development.
- Manage financial performance, working closely with revenue partners and stakeholders to drive growth.
- Ensure operational excellence through rigorous compliance checks and asset management practices.
The successful applicant will be an experienced leader with a strong background in hospitality or accommodation management. Key skills include:
- Proven experience in managing, developing, and training staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and RMS reservation systems (desirable).
- A valid driver's license and willingness to reside on-site.
