Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty
Client Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service across various communication channels
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Performance and Goal Orientation:
  • Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Expand knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and our platforms and products
Requirements:
  1. Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry
  2. Great willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
  3. Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers
  4. Strong ownership of responsibilities, proactive in addressing challenges, and displaying a problem-solving mindset
  5. Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences
  6. Proficiency in English
