**Senior Backend Developer Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing scalable backend systems, building secure APIs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Java development, Spring Boot, microservices architecture and cloud-native environments. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, AWS deployment and relational databases is also required.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot, building and maintaining secure, high-performance APIs and working closely with DevOps teams to deploy and manage services on AWS.

In addition, the candidate should be able to participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
  • Strong expertise with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
  • Solid experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (e.g. EC2, ECS, Lambda)
  • Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins or similar)
