Reliable Auto Electrician Wanted for FIFO Role

About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join their team in Western Australia's Pilbara region.
- Conduct complex diagnostics and maintenance activities/repairs on mobile plant & equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Work effectively with autonomous Trucks and other critical Mobile Fleet, including Shovels, Excavators, Drills, Front end loaders, Dozers –Track and wheeled, Graders, Rollers, and Water carts.
- Follow strict maintenance programs and procedures, carrying out regular checks on equipment as required.
- Accurately complete technical documentation, reports, and drawings as needed.
- Proficiently use computerised maintenance systems (SAP), including time confirmations, raising notifications, and closing work orders.
- Take ownership of helping the team achieve expected results by doing what is required and taking timely actions within scope.
- Undertake ongoing training and provide support and coaching to work mates within area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to reschedule work, organise resources, scope tasks, and prioritise when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in implementing new initiatives constructively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on mobile plant and equipment.
- Use SAP to manage maintenance activities, record completion, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide accurate documentation and reports as required.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve goals.
