Job Role

The Senior Occupational Therapist will be an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the region, supported by a Regional Manager. You will experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan, with opportunities to develop functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, home modification management, and general therapy skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and other settings
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address complex cases and explore new treatment approaches

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered case-by-case)
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • 4+ years of post-grad experience within disability and/or NDIS
