We are looking for an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Colac region, supported by an incredible Regional Manager. You will experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan, with opportunities to develop functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, home modification management, and general therapy skills.

Day-to-day You Will
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and other settings
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address complex cases and explore new treatment approaches

About You

We're after OTs who are proactive about improvement, passionate about participant care, and ready to challenge ideas when participants' interests are at stake.

You will also hold:

  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered case-by-case)
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • 4+ years of post-grad experience within disability and/or NDIS
