National Operations Manager

The Role
The National Operations Manager will lead the delivery of strategic asset maintenance management and compliance across the client's portfolio, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. They will work closely with the Account Manager and provide day-to-day technical and operational support to the onsite team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient facilities management and asset maintenance.
- Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance programs, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of asset management, safety, and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven ability in working within an integrated service delivering Facilities Management, Small Project Management, and Financial Management Services.
- Strong demonstrated experience in the management of large-scale maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements for maintenance activities and critical infrastructure systems, including fire, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and communication systems.
- Extensive subcontractor procurement and management experience.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills.
