We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Athlete Development Specialist.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional athlete experiences and possess excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for play and education in the store.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional athlete experiences through education on performance sportswear and hardgoods.
- Cash handling and register transactions.
- Inventory management.
- Replenishing salesfloor items.
- Regular floor walks to ensure store is clean – cleaning and tidying throughout the day.
- Support store projects and brand initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on the latest equipment and sportswear.
- Merchandise the store for ease of shopping, education, and beauty.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with your team and leadership.
- Experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment.
- Availability Monday-Thursday (approximately 20-25 hours) including evening hours.
- Possess a passion for delivering an exceptional consumer experience every day.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.
