Job Opportunity: Night Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hostel's front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.

Your duties will include:

  • Administrative tasks, such as managing reservations, handling cash transactions, and performing reception duties.
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and completing daily reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Processing transactions and conducting audits to maintain a high level of financial integrity.
  • Assisting departing groups with their luggage.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A strong ability to promote and sell our accommodation and facilities.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A thorough understanding of night auditing and reception procedures.
  • Prior experience working with front office systems would be an advantage.
