This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a state-wide spinal unit as a Social Work Service Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and supervision skills, with experience in managing workloads and supervising staff.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to Social Work staff, including Grade 2 Social Workers and Grade 1 Social Workers. They will also oversee the delivery of operational support and provide field education to students.

This is an exciting permanent part-time position based at Caulfield Hospital, offering a great chance to make a difference in the lives of patients and families.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree or Qualifying Masters in Social Work, with a high-level understanding of working with electronic medical records and knowledge of aged care and rehabilitation processes.
