Effective workforce management is crucial to achieving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role of a Workforce Analyst involves driving optimal resource utilization through accurate scheduling, real-time support, performance analysis, and reporting.

This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to manage staffing coverage, service levels, queue, and skill management, adherence, shrinkage management, and data capture. The analyst will produce comprehensive analysis and reports to support client and internal administrative requirements.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Creating schedules that meet contractual obligations and ensure optimal coverage
  • Liaising with management to discuss future schedules, availabilities, and requirements
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of contracts, processes, and systems within the organization
  • Maintaining intra-day staffing to meet operational and contractual requirements
  • Making informed decisions in real-time to align with key performance indicators

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong analytical skills, be able to multi-task effectively, have experience in data analysis and report building, and exhibit high-level attention to detail and time management skills.
