The Child Protection Caseworker will be involved in:
- Developing safety plans and completing risk assessments;
- Managing cases and situations involving high-needs and high-risk clients and their families;
- Participating in court processes, including preparing court documents and attending court sessions.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A completed or nearly completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, or Welfare, along with practical experience;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build positive working relationships;
- A valid driver's license (P1 or above);
- A paid working with children clearance number.
We provide a rewarding salary from $87,315 - $113,562 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading. Additionally, you can look forward to:
