We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Inventory Manager to join our centralised Administration team at Werribee and Western Automotive Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle stock levels
  • Manage manufacturer incentives and bonuses effectively
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless sales processes and administration duties
  • Process new vehicle registrations efficiently
  • Oversee the vehicle delivery process and coordinate customer deliveries
  • Handle deal processing and reporting vehicle sales to the factory in a timely manner
  • Create and manage stock lists for management review
  • Facilitate dealer swaps as required
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Era/Pentana systems is preferred but not essential
  • A strong background in stock control or a similar role is highly desirable
  • A positive attitude and excellent team player
  • Strong ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and deadline prioritisation skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a dynamic work environment and opportunities for career growth and development.
