About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at Healthscope's Melbourne Clinic. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality administration services, including reception, patient admissions, accounting services, and other general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Governance for patients
  • Scheduling and follow-up of patient appointments
  • Liaising with staff of different departments, other hospitals, and key stakeholders
  • Preparation and maintenance of medical records and clinician support
  • Assisting in the timely management of patient flow pathway
  • Other administration and clerical duties, including ward administration

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
  • Exceptional computer literacy
  • Positive manner and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work across departments when leave cover is required
