The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Café/Kiosk Attendant to join our team at Belgravia Leisure.

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Replenishing condiments and supplies as needed
  • Following health and safety guidelines and protocols
  • Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions
  • Promoting the centre's services and programs to our patrons
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with patrons
  • Providing information on our product range, including healthy food options
  • Working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with increased hours during peak periods

Skills & Attributes:

  • Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
  • Coffee making and barista skills
  • Food handling certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Food Handlers Qualification
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
