The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Café/Kiosk Attendant to join our team at Belgravia Leisure.
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
- Replenishing condiments and supplies as needed
- Following health and safety guidelines and protocols
- Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions
- Promoting the centre's services and programs to our patrons
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with patrons
- Providing information on our product range, including healthy food options
- Working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with increased hours during peak periods
Skills & Attributes:
- Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Coffee making and barista skills
- Food handling certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Food Handlers Qualification
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
