Marketing Manager

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative regional marketing and public relations strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital marketing, and traditional marketing skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the industry and a bachelor's degree or higher.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for regional marketing and PR campaigns
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business performance goals and deliver KPI targets
  • Guide direct reports to ensure media activities are fully integrated into overall consumer communications plans
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize campaign performance

The successful candidate will be able to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results-driven social marketing programs that meet specific KPIs. They will also be able to enhance existing programs and develop new ideas based on consumer trends, competition, and intelligence gathering.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in integrated marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
