Seasonal Concierge Team Members

We are seeking friendly, reliable and customer-focused individuals to support our car park, concierge and valet services across our Westfield destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
  • Provide directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services
Our Expectations:
  • Go above and beyond to enhance the customer and retailer experience
  • Assist customers in a fast-paced retail setting with confidence
  • Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays

This is a seasonal casual role offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations.
