This role involves planning and implementing merchandising strategies to maximise sales and drive foot traffic in our Showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure showroom layout and merchandising are consistent across all showrooms to drive sales
  • Use window displays, interior point-of-sale, and special promotions to assist customers with their buying decisions
  • Develop key working relationships and coach internal customers; Regional Sales Managers and Sales Consultants
  • Complete store stock movements to Company standards and ensure new products are placed in the store in a timely manner
  • Communicate floor stock movements clearly to each Store Manager by sending updated and marked floor plans
  • Review product sales reports and provide suggested product clearing lists

This role requires working across normal business hours Monday to Friday.
