Galaxy Personnel currently has some exciting opportunities available for experienced Maintenance Fitters & Trades Assistants to join a growing Food Manufacturer in the Northern Suburbs. We currently have positions available on the following shifts:

- 2 Trades Assistants for early morning shift
- 1 Fitter Day Shift
- 2 Fitters Afternoon shift

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the Food or Pharmaceutical industries and be keen to secure work with a company that has a growing product range in the market.

As a Trades Assistant, you will be responsible for the moving of machinery ready for production, preparing machinery for cleaning including some dismantling and reassembly.

This is a great role if you are looking to have your afternoon's free to enjoy some leisure activities whether it is going to the gym or going fishing as it will be an early morning start.

We also require Maintenance Fitters whose key responsibilities will include preventative and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications and installations, with a heavy emphasis on growth and change and machinery upgrades.

These are permanent full-time opportunities or alternatively labour hire with the view to perm if you would prefer.
