Retail Sales and Logistics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Malaga.
The Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with advice and pricing for domestic and international shipments, ensuring seamless delivery of goods.
- Process sales transactions, estimate requests, and online sales over the phone or in-store, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer, resolving queries and issues promptly.
- Measure and weigh consignments, manage pickups and packing tasks, and track and trace shipments, guaranteeing timely delivery.
- Complete administrative tasks within agreed timeframes to maintain a smooth-running centre, optimizing productivity and workflow.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV or higher qualification (TAFE/University course advantageous) to demonstrate expertise in logistics and administration.
- Exceptional customer relations skills, with proven success in this area, fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and competent in using point of sale computer programs and MS Office, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
