Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure large-scale developments for Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park and Pyrmont schemes, incorporating capital, development, investment and transaction planning.
  • Lead comprehensive financial assessments and due diligence for priority investments, ensuring value for money outcomes.
  • Oversee land and property functions across the project lifecycle, from planning approval to asset disposal.
  • Develop plans to activate precincts with vibrant community engagement.
  • Build relationships with local councils, communities and commercial partners for project collaboration.
About You
  • You have strong business acumen and experience leading negotiations in complex environments, with a proven track record in infrastructure and property sectors.
  • You are passionate about integrated precincts and want to develop and deliver enhanced place and value for money solutions.
  • You bring sound business expertise and experience developing innovative solutions and schemes.
  • You will understand how to balance stakeholder requirements while adhering to regulatory, policy and operational conditions.
