White Collar Construction Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team in a 360 role, covering senior construction roles in the UK and Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with professionals and has experience in permanent white collar construction recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring high-calibre professionals for various senior construction positions, including site managers, architects, project managers, supervisors, surveyors, and quantity surveyors. They will also work closely with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position with excellent career growth prospects. The company values autonomy and independence, allowing you to work remotely and set your own schedule.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years construction recruitment experience (more is fine too)
  • Permanent white collar construction recruitment experience
  • Ability to work remotely initially, with the possibility of setting up a local office as the team grows
Benefits
  • 10% commission on earnings up to $100,000, then 30% on everything over that for the rest of the year
