We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at lululemon. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and People Management: Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment, support ongoing learning and development of team members, and engage in career discussions to support team understanding of how working at lululemon will contribute to their career and personal growth.
- Working with Others: Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members, collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience, and move dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
- Guest Experience: Support team members to ensure a great guest experience, resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues, and increase brand awareness and acceptance in the community by cultivating inclusive relationships with partners and community influencers.
- Operations: Implement the Store Manager's vision for the store, partner with Store Manager to review business data and metrics, and provide salesfloor leadership to team members.
- Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the store which you are assigned to.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule.
- Willing to work as part of a team and also complete work independently.
- Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.
- Work experience in leadership or people management.
