This dynamic position requires collaboration with a wide circle of stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key professionals to co-create solutions that make a real difference.

Key responsibilities include identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration. Additionally, you will visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaborate with a wide circle of stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visit workplaces to understand real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will hold a Master's qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work and be registered with relevant professional bodies such as ASORC, AHPRA, or AASW.

Additionally, applicants must possess full working rights and a full Australian driving license.
