Senior Cyber Security Specialist

{"The Opportunity": "We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at IAS RECRUITMENT.
As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for responding to security incidents, coordinating a unified response across multiple teams, and enhancing security measures against emerging threats through the use of SOAR.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in developing secure solutions meeting business needs.
* Proactively addressing and preventing customer-facing incidents.
* Improving and expanding security tools.
* Contributing to security-related standards, processes, and procedures.
* Identifying and recommending solutions to enhance incident response capabilities.
* Monitoring and responding to security trends, coordinating necessary responses, and promoting security awareness.
About You:
* Possess extensive cyber security experience (3+ years).
* Proven track record as the lead responder in cyber incident response.
* Expertise in SIEM (preferably Splunk) - regular use and maintenance, including tuning and setting up alerts.
* Experience with SOAR, automation playbooks - built automated responses or actions to alerts received in the SIEM.
* Hold relevant Cyber Security qualifications/certificates.
* Deliver high-quality services within a large enterprise environment.
* Demonstrate deep technical skills across various infrastructure and security technologies.
* Effectively communicate solutions, responses, and awareness to a diverse audience, both technical and non-technical.
