Role Overview:This critical position within the Cyber team will see you act as a trusted advisor to business platform stakeholders, offering expert cyber advice and fostering Digital Trust among both internal and external customers as a strategic cybersecurity goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a cybersecurity expert for various business programs and projects.
- Provide guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders on managing cyber risks, helping to meet business goals, stakeholder expectations, and compliance needs.
- Offer cybersecurity advisory services, oversee attestations, manage third-party contracts, and implement corrective actions to address security findings.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a consistent set of security architecture patterns and blueprints, guiding the development of business capabilities and safeguarding information assets.
- Assist in developing and implementing a modern cybersecurity culture and awareness program across the organisation.
- Relevant academic qualifications: certifications such as CISM, CISA, or CISSP are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of NIST Standards, ISO27001/2, and APRA CPS234.
- 5-10 years of experience in information security controls, program frameworks, risk analysis, and management.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and Security Architecture is advantageous.
- Expertise in cybersecurity analysis, security principles, practices, standards, and implementation.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and engage effectively with senior business leaders.
- Strong skills in risk management, security controls design, and implementation.
