We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our housing teams, oversee tenancy services, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

This role involves providing leadership, coaching team leaders, and managing escalated matters including representation at VCAT.

  • Proven leadership experience in housing, tenancy, or community services
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and experience in VCAT representation
  • Ability to develop and mentor leaders to drive team performance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High levels of resilience, adaptability, and commitment to trauma-informed practice
