Financial Analyst - Trust Management

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in the trust management department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and has experience in banking or financial services.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to work effectively with large data sets. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete accurate and timely trust management activities, including trust waterfall calculation and reporting, noteholder payments, investor reporting, and ongoing trust monitoring.
  • Prepare and assist in reviewing trust reporting, including but not limited to trust distributions Investor reports, and day-to-day trust operations.
  • Perform Trust asset and liability reconciliation and bank account reconciliation and ensuring timely resolution of reconciliation differences.
  • Coordinate and support queries from external stakeholders, including investors, trustees, and rating agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with the Trust Reporting Manager to deliver key objectives and priorities.
  • Provide relevant trust reporting data to internal stakeholders, including Treasury & Finance
  • Assist in the implementation of reporting following the execution of new funding and securitisation transactions.
  • Assist with the documentation of processes and policies.
  • Support and implement uplift and updates of relevant templates.
  • Continuous drive for process improvement that enhances trust management activities.
  • Models exemplary behaviour, which underpins our values.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education (Business/Finance, or equivalent).
  • 1-2 years experiences in banking / financial services sector.
  • Financial reporting background and Securitisation/trust management experience are preferred and treasury operations background will be looked upon favourably.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets and streamline processes (Macros, and data management skills are highly regarded).
  • Analytical and commercial acumen.
