Your Key Responsibilities- Manage and mentor interns in Emergency and Critical Care
- Improve team skills and knowledge through training and workshops
- Work closely with the ECC Vet Manager and the rest of the emergency vet team
- Participate in key decision-making and business direction as a shareholder
