The role of Assistant Store Manager is a pivotal position within our retail environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer satisfaction and team performance.

This key leadership role involves managing store presentation, overseeing inventory, developing team members, and prioritizing exceptional customer experiences. As an integral member of the store management team, your primary focus will be to assist the Store Manager in driving business growth through effective coaching, support, and development initiatives.

  • To drive business objectives, work towards key performance indicators, and stimulate sales and growth.
  • To effectively manage the administrative aspects of your store, including payroll, stock ordering, and staff supervision.
  • To maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • An accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • You may be required to undergo a Police Check as part of the recruitment process, which you will need to cover upfront but will be reimbursed upon successful placement.
