Key Responsibilities

">
  • Provide strategic legal guidance on project transactions, regulatory obligations, and compliance related to water operations and projects.">
  • Offer ad-hoc legal support to various functions, including finance, IT, and ESG.">
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external legal providers to ensure effective legal services.">
  • Lead efforts to update and standardize legal templates and agreements.">
  • Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams.">

Qualifications and Experience

">
  • LAW DEGREE (LLB, JD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.">
  • Current Practicing Certificate.">
  • 3-6 years post-qualification experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.">
  • Proven expertise in contract law; experience in property law is a plus.">
  • Demonstrated ability in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.">
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Strong commercial and regulatory insight, providing high-quality legal advice.">
