Job Title: Senior Category Manager

The Pacific Market Leader is responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive growth, brand relevance, and profitability across the Pacific region. This role ensures alignment with global guidelines, leveraging deep understanding of local market dynamics to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop winning category strategies in collaboration with the Category Director.
  • Validate category ranges against country architecture and market needs.
  • Leverage market knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Lead and inspire direct reports across multiple categories.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years relevant experience in marketing, merchandising, or category management.
  • University degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Proven track record of results-driven leadership.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities; advanced MS Excel & Power Point proficiency.
