Job Title

As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for driving overall store and team performance by creating an exceptional customer experience, strong sales driving attitude, and a culture that prioritises succession and retention.

The role involves:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining a culture that values development, collaboration, transparency, and open communication.
  • Leading, coaching and supporting the store team to achieve people, performance, planning, and operational goals.
  • Providing regular and effective feedback that prioritises professional development and internal progression in a professional and transparent manner.

Performance Expectations:

  • Ensuring the team delivers an exceptional customer experience using CLASS sale selling steps and relevant customer service techniques.
  • Driving and maintaining sales performance within the store in line with retail goals and KPIs.
  • Supporting the Store Manager to plan and execute visual merchandising guides to the VM guideline standard.
  • Conducting effective weekly store walks with the Store Manager to discuss store and team opportunities and develop actions.
