About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for enhancing student outcomes and promoting a collaborative school environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Assist the principal in leading the school to develop and commit to a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes.
    • Deputise for the principal as required.
    • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
    • Set high standards for student and staff performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to social justice, and experience in education.
