We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead machine learning initiatives, driving strategic decisions and building innovative data products. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will design, code, experiment, implement, and deploy models and algorithms that enhance customer experiences, optimize supply and demand, improve business outcomes, and expand product capabilities.

Job Description

Lead ML Development:

  • Design, code, experiment, implement, and deploy models and algorithms.

New Commercial Opportunities:

  • Identify new opportunities for advanced analytics across various domains within the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product teams, data engineers, and data analysts to shape the direction of our marketplace.

Data Products and Platform Capabilities:

  • Build, shape, and deliver data products and machine learning platform capabilities across the entire ML and product lifecycle.
  • Apply best practices to release data products and platform capabilities iteratively.
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with:

  • Proven Experience:
    • Proven experience leading end-to-end machine learning initiatives in product-led environments.
  • Advanced Proficiency:
    • Advanced proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills.
  • MLOps Practices:
    • Practical experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD/CT workflows.
  • Cloud Technologies:
    • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Data Platform infrastructure (e.g., Databricks or Snowflake).
  • Communication Skills:
    • Great communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
