Job Title: Operational Weighbridge Specialist

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with previous experience in weighbridge operations, administration or site-based roles to showcase their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate the weighbridge system to accurately record incoming and outgoing loads with precision and efficiency.
  2. Develop strong relationships with truck drivers, contractors, and customers through professional communication and excellent customer service skills.
  3. Maintain accurate records of loads and dockets by completing data entry tasks diligently and efficiently.
  4. Perform general administrative duties including filing, reporting, and answering phone inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and procedures by taking proactive measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  6. Provide support to site operations as required by being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in weighbridge operations, administration, or site-based roles is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary to develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software is required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively is crucial for success in this role.
  • A pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening is a mandatory requirement.
  • A current driver's license and reliable transport are also required.
